Hi there, very sorry I've not seen this post until now. Please can you attach the log.txt file that's in the same location as the game launcher? Hopefully that will shed some light on what's crashing in this instance.
I try and load it several times over the past months but it hasn't loaded at all since I bought it.
I think this is all that was in the log.txt. It was only 'log'.

Could you try going to where the game is installed and edit the seed.txt file? The second line defines the map size and is set to 400x300 currently. Could you try putting this to 200x150, saving the file then starting a new game? If memory is an issue that should overcome it by setting a smaller map size.
