is it just me or does only the tutorial work? like the new game button does nothing for me?(I downloaded the current file, not browser version)

I gotta ask another thing:I collect rocket mounts. and I collected some "tech" type items which like increase health by 20% or such..how are both of these things used?I cant seem to place them anywhere , by it on blocks or not.
Its okey! The reason it was implemented is because people were accidentally wiping their progress by clicking new game.
As for the tech, use the forge. Put the tech in the top slots and the item in the bottom.
