Yeah, unfortunately the defense "buttons" are panels with the defense sprite itself as a texture button. It's the thing that sticks out the most. It's on my todo list, but it falls under polishing. I'm still working on the levels themselves. I want do a scripted tutorial, but I'm not sure I'll have the time for it either.
