yes
Hi, is there a crash log?
https://forum.unity.com/threads/where-to-find-the-crash-log.779012/
It says here you can find it in the AppData folder :O
'Immediately after the Unity Editor crashes, if you open the Editor log file, you'll see a line explaining where the crash information was stored. I think mine tend to end up in C:\Users\Dan\AppData\LocalLow\Unity'
I've never experienced the crash so I can't replicate it, but this would give me more information to fix it!
Hey Sloane! I tried more googling and I think it might be your drivers.. I know you said they were fine! https://forum.unity.com/threads/unity-games-crash-on-startup.1069724/
It's easier if I have a log, but as it crashes after the penguin logo, I think it crashes on loading unity, so quite possibly the driver error, according to this forum post. Otherwise I can't really help without the logs, but I don't think it's an issue on my side.. but if you can get the logs I can maybe fix it? Sorry again, and thanks for your patience :)
hmm I'll look into a bit more. Maybe upload upload dev build (those spit errors rather then crashing).. Thank you again :)
One of the options I have enabled is Vulkan, for the graphics, as opposed to direct x or openGL. Unfortunately my shaders need it as they handle the data differently! Other then that I'm just using unity and it's ECS packages. It might be the cpu architecture, so any info on that might help too :o there's an option for those!
I can't think of anything else but I'll try find the crash log path on my windows machine and link that.

Well I enabled this (Burst Settings), which should fix it hopefully. Or the dev build. This made the build 2MB more, so maybe in the future i'll release a 32bit version seperately! But this should cover all the options besides Vulkan vs DirectX that I can think of.
