Wow Killigan seemed real chill about the whole "Im going to imprison and torture you for the rest of your life thing". She didnt even apologize really, and was ready to do it again as soon as she saw him! Her negligence, her actual abhorrent lack of ethics in research, almost KILLED the entire graduating parties AND the headwizards! And nobody seemed to bat an eye! Like am I the only who who feels that whole ending was super rushed and weirdly low key for what happened? The monster sent tremors that could disrupt spells in a wide area of effect, and without Killigan would have been functionally unstoppable, but nobody even mentions it?
Like this update in particular is so tonally dissonant with the actual events taking place that it's wild to me. We've seen serious things get the emotional and narrative weight they deserve but this just kinda...happened. Please tell me I'm not the only one that feels that this update was downright weird with its tone and handling of what should have been a very very bad thing that happened.
