Yeah, the game needs some better art assets and a proper tutorial on how things work.
but hear me out, once i figured out my possible actions, I saw the true potential of a game like this: helping a spy or a team acomplish their mission by interfering w the city itself. loved the idea of the dual positive/negative aspect of the "jam signal" skill. a finished game like this would make me feel super smart. >=)
maybe the scope was too big for you to polish everything, but a great idea! congrats!
