Try to finish the level and you'll realize the reason of the chains :D
I finished one level, have seen 2 turrets in the storage building but still failed to understand ':D gonna give it another take
EDIT: ah I see, figured it out! did not see the ever-destroying computer the first time :)
This tells us, that we have a lot to improve! Thank you for this feedback :)
