1. Contact the devs via email (support@innersloth.com) and see if they can help with the problem.
2. If the first option doesn't work, contact support@itch.io (or the support service for whatever platform you bought the game through if not here) to request the refund. The devs aren't the store you bought from so it's not them who issue refunds.
