Thanks for your feedback! We are planning on removing the reversed controls as soon as itch.io allows us to update the game. Like you and many others have pointed out, the controls really were only there to add more difficulty.

The carrying of keys is a little different then you described. Keys have specific doors they unlock, and their corresponding doors are opened immediately upon grabbing the key, so you don't actually carry any of them.

Oh right, I guess I forgot that's how keys worked and I wasn't paying close enough attention. Well never mind that issue then!
