ran into the same problem again. this time when i did as instructed nothing happened. the tracking list recognizes the tobii is there but it is not tracking.
With the latest version of SUVA?
Yea. I even uninstalled everything and reinstalled and still wont track even though tobii5 appears on the list of trackers.
