Heyo! You should be able to make the arm pretty much whatever size you like by editing the sprites, though you will have to adjust the Pointer Offset and Wrist Offset in the .ini to match the new positions of the tip of the pen and the wrist in the sprites. The arm template in the templates download contains a better explanation of exactly how that all works.
