Thanks for the kind words! While one way to get into Makeout stance (currently the only way) is from Full Nelson, you are kissing them and breaking the hold, so they are turning around. So long as one of you is standing, you can stay propped up. We will, of course, fix any softlocks related to not having a means to recover stamina in that stance.
