Hmm, I don't know which version you played, but I can't find any of these errors/typos. Some of the gender specific stuff you mentioned has been working fine for several versions. I can only think of an engine problem, but I don't get these errors, so I can't check :(
Thanks anyway.

Regarding Rachels Story:
It's going to start a little bit earlier than the main story and then will follow along the main story. It will shine some light on stuff that the MC can't possibly know and fill some holes left open by the main story.

Ok, its version 0.6 for Android running on a Samusng Tablet (Android 11) in Landscape orientation, if that helps. As far as Im aware I donwloaded the files from here on itch.io. If you like I will redownload, uninstall and reinstall and do another playthrough.

As for Rachels Story, I look forward to it. I think its a really good idea that I would like to see more of in visual novels.

Might be a renpy problem then, the Android version here uses a different Renpy version than the PC/Mac version because the version I used for pc/mac had problems on Android that "supposedly" got fixed in the newer version I used.

Ive removed the android all version and installed the arm64 version. Ill let you know if I see any difference.

Ok, the first "total bitch" for male MC text is present in the arm64 version too, it occurs in the scene in Rachels room where the MC asks her to show her tits.

An additional note, something else you have probably already sorted out, in the earlier scene (first pills scene?) where Rachel shows the MC the collection of tools, a reference is made to "it's not even lunchtime..." but Rachel and Ellie have both been out (work/school I assume,) so surely this should be referring to the evening meal, not the midday meal?

Anyway thanks for your replies.

Yeah the gender part must be a Renpy problem, I just checked the code and it should definitely show the correct gender, I haven't touched that part in ages.

Good catch with the lunch time, thanks.,

No problem, happy to help.
