How do you sign in to your account after you download the game? All im getting is an "error platform not supported"

its saying the same thing for me and idk how to sign in, its annoying

That's because itch.io version is not supported anymore. You may need to ask for a refund, 'cause there's no other solution. You can download Among Us from Steam or Epic Games (payment is, unfortunately, required), or just download the file by searching on YouTube.

im don't remember were to find the key but it should be somewhere either in an email or something related to the game and itch but after you just have to enter the key on steam and it gives you the game.

Oh so I just enter the key on steam and it gives me the steam version of the download?

As nagol3002 said, The itch.io version does give you a Steam key/ It's available from the download page which you can view at the top of the itch.io page once you've purchased. The only reason you'll need a refund is if you can't or won't use Steam. There's a few reasons why that could happen, including Steam having been a known health hazard for some users for almost 2 years now with Valve actively refusing to fix the problem. Fortunately, even though it's kind of trash, Epic is at least better than Steam in that regard.

No, with your purchase on itch.io there is also a steam key to get the game on steam.

The Itch.io version of the game doesn't support the login, but fortunaly with your purchase, you also have a steam key to get the game on steam witch support login 😉.
