To answer your questions in order: cheat sheet is hidden under a rag, you have to click multiple times to find it; Uraraka is in the library, she will only appear if you’ve played through at least once (it’s one of the study choices); and the present is received after the quiz (forgot if the condition was winning or losing though...try both xD).
