Will you stop saying nonsense? Working on something you enjoy is not bad for mental health, in fact, it usually keeps your mind grounded and distracted from problems. If anything, working on the game or anything else he likes would be an excellent idea.

I think that's not what i wanted to express ,  drawing and make games is really fun , and can aliviate stress , but it uses energy.

I used to do coding and write stories for hours when i was younger , wich was very fun , but overtime , wanting or not , it creates stress and can lead to a creative burnout ( a complete pain ). Just don't whant him to overdo himself and somenthing related happen to him , that happens with all types of artists , from Visual artist , Songwriters and Coders.

Don't worry I know you just wanted to slap me away from stress and put me in a comfortable sofa with my Nintendo switch, some tea and a blanket <3

While I agree that stopping the momentum on the game's development would bring my mental state further down, I did find myself needing an absurd amount of rest. I can barely focus for 3 to 4 hours before exhausting my energy. I'm not doing great, but I do find comfort in knowing I've done a few backgrounds since the flood, some writing as well. It's not much, but it does help. It's a mix, I need both to advance of work and give myself the time to recover, we can't have one without the other otherwise stress ends up eating you regardless.  But I know while taking opposite positions, you both want me to get better and that's all that matters to me, so thank you <3
