I've replied with a new POST because I believe you are not the only who does not know what to do. Basically you need to explode the crates and rewind time to be able to jump on the next platform via the crates' pieces.
The slow down when aiming and firing was intended to have a better precision because I had the feeling that otherwise the mouse was moving too fast. But I can tune the speed (or even let the player adjust himself that).
