Haha meta games are my jam :D For a first game this is amazing. Not only you did a great movement but also made an interesting game.
Like other people said the text boxes gets in the the way of the gameplay. Also there are some unfair difficulty spikes. The main music feels off for this kind of game its bombastic and fast but we are reading texts and try to make a jump that needs conceration :/
Regardless i had fun playing it you should be proud ! Nice work :D
