I'm giving a lot of this a pass since you ran out of time, but while I love the concept, the execution is a little lacking. Enemies stopped spawing after 60-70 points, losing/keeping health feels random even though I know how it works, and all the pixel sizes for the art are off. It's a bit of a shame really, I like the concept, and having an unbalanced player in a pinball game seems like fun.
Still, it's very impressive that you managed to submit at all! Definitely deserves to be polished and worked on more.
