I actually do like biting, but the main reason I've been reluctant to add it is it can be a turn-off for some people, and something like a legitimate combat technique is something that would be hard to gate behind a content toggle.
perhaps a skill to squeeze hard the balls in the fellation(receiving), since the icon reminders of someone(hiro) holding teir balls wile face down it could then make a opening for a dog style, or not, since this is someting just a sadist would do
