Great game, really! I see a lot of potential in it. It's fun, very pleasant to the eye, and kinda addicting, just like a proper Android (or any, actually) game should be.

The levels are simple and quick, but there's a lot of them, so they keep a player entertained for long.

Let me point out some things to improve/consider:

  1. Slight glitch - the cowboy starts flashing if you restart while getting electrocuted. While the sprite is off, you can't shoot.
  2. Starting from level 42, the level number gets offset by 1. Level 42 is shown as 43, 43 is shown as 44.
  3. I got 3 stars for every level but didn't get the achievement!
  4. At first, I didn't know the tutorial was a separate level. Started with level 1, thinking it would be a tutorial.
  5. How about a "yeee ha" instead of kids crowd as a level finish sound?
  6. Add a "back to main menu" button in level select menu
  7. I wonder about the portals. I knew I should go for them, because I saw your update about it on Discord, but they might not be very visible to someone who doesn't know about them. Also, I think you could add some particles on teleport, and definitely a sound effect.
  8. The music lags a bit during level scene changing
  9. I didn't think the game was really hard. It was "just fine" in terms of difficulty. The only level I had a lot of difficulties with, was 34. I'm only saying this, so you can keep that in mind, if you do decide to lower the difficulty, based on the feedback.
(+1)
  1. I have that written down in the TODO list of my backlog!
  2. Good call out! Its the small things that get ya!
  3. Oh no :( I'll look into this as well! Thanks a bunch for reporting it!
  4. In the final version of the game the title screen will only have two buttons one for level select and one for tutorial so this should help that issue (perhaps I will greyout the level select if the tutorial is unfinished)!
    1. Unrelated but I plan on adding some more text to explain some mechanics such as the lasers turning on and off every time you shoot and maybe some other confusing mechanics. Do you think  this would be beneficial or is it fine to let the players figure it out? Most people have stated they have had trouble with the lasers
  5. A YEEE-HAW would be so much better than the "Yay!!!" effect! Currently most the sound effects are temporary but this is a fantastic idea!
  6. Noted. Will add!
  7. Portals have a new sprite in the works and should be in the next update of the game! Mechanically did they feel okay?
  8. The music issue is known and I think it only occurs on the web version of the game. I have yet to look for a solution as web is not our main platform we are targetting.
  9. Thank you for the feedback on how difficult the levels were. I am worried about users dropping the game fast if its too difficult!

Wow thanks for playing through and 3 starring every level! It means a lot!! It seems like you had fun feels good to get some feedback after months (especially this last month) of hard work!

4.1. I needed a moment to catch how the lasers work. I believed it was time based at first. I actually liked how the game left me to figure it out, without telling me anything. However, I do believe, that most players would prefer to have it written there.

7. Yes, mechanically no issue at all. Liked the idea.

9. Yes, scaling the difficulty is very... difficult. From the other comments, it seems like the game may be too hard. I didn't feel that way, but you know, maybe it's just me being good at your game xd
