Honestly no clue how to do any of that I've reinstalled and the same bugsplat report comes in, and a console doesn't show up either. Also I'm not sure how to do that with the antivirus.
I've sent you an email with some instructions. Have you played the demo before? Is it possible the files from both versions were installed at the same location?
Usually, the Itch app solves this kind of issue, I'm surprised it didn't work for you.
