Yes it happens when the level is loading in. I've tried resetting my height and playerspace several times, but i constantly fall through the floor as soon as the level loads in.
We discovered the issue! Turns out we uploaded the wrong zip file, and the colliders were setup wrong. We've updated the zip, but kept the installer the same, so as to still follow the rules of the Game Jam
