Bottom Logan just goes around barshade bottoming for others and you can never have a romance thing with him. Normal Logan you can romance him and it's just very cute that he likes you even though he doesn't wanna admit it. :)
FOR REAL, Logan's "romance" was so disappointing, he's the exact same character as before and still treats you like shit, only difference is that he can now say "hello" and "goodbye" without insulting you.
