Well first gotta make him jealous, and there is this choice from mark when you are about to go home (from school), chose the second option. This one is specific that's why I said make him jealous.

How many love and like points do you have with Lars? I wasn't able to get this dialog either.

Lars just got horny again in that "cuddling-while-having-paranoia" moment in my playthrough

I have 10 for love points and 101 for like points, however I'm pretty sure it's the choices that would trigger it. Tested it myself and didn't really get that dialogue with the same love and like points.
