It's strange that this game was locked and removed from the game jam. I'm not sure how this happened, but it looks like a bunch of fake reviews or it was in development before the jam started? It's very confusing, but anyway let's move on.

At the very beginning of loading this game there's a very nicely animated brief cutscene and the title screen is great. However once the game actually starts you're greeted with a very poorly done intro scene, with mostly black background and default font show text. It feels very bait and switch here. Like the whole budget was spent on the title screen/opening splash.

The writing is done poorly and at times you have what appears to be two people talking, but no indication of who is saying what. There's just a storm of show text. Adding face sets or name boxes would really clear this up for future games.

The game plays like an escape room game. You're not really given direction, you just have to figure out what to do. It's not overly complicated but also not really that fun. The game instantly kills you if you answer with the wrong choice when prompted with some arbitrary questions about the Zodiac signs at times. With no way to figure it out, but trial and error. This is not fun to me.

The maps are quite terrible and even one of the NPCs mention how boring this game is. It's never clear what you're supposed to do and so you just run around back and forth through-out the maps trying to figure out what you're purpose in life is. If you add some sort of instructions to the player or give them their motive it would really help.

Like, why is my character here on this map and what is he trying to do? It feels very random, arbitrary and meaningless. Basically you run around and try to find the switch to flip. The part where you get seeds to plant is a painful experience of opening the menu and using an item on all the spots. Try to reduce the amount of time the player is required to open and close the menu.

The best part of this game happens as soon as you start the game when you see an interesting splash screen/packaging. The only thing I can say that's good about this project is that there are a few pieces of custom art sprinkled through-out. I did not enjoy this entry, but maybe someone who really enjoys escape-room puzzle games will find it playable.

Thanks for participating in this game jam, I hope that you've improved your skills over the course of making this entry and better luck with your next one. Don't give up, and keep at it!

Thank you so much for your comment. We really appreciate it

Oh, have you finished the game yet?  Because my game starts with ambiguities, then by the end of the game all the mysteries will be solved!
