Game Looks pretty good, I liked the parallax effect in the background, the music choice is great too. The UI font looks solid too. There seems to be a bug with your Pause effect, because shortly after pausing you fail the level. I'd highly recommend merging your pause and your menu into the same thing. There is very little reason to pop up a menu if the game is still running.
