I have discovered that you can "Win" sort of... You just have to clean up poop until all the remaining poop is in a small enough area. then you clean all that poop down until it just takes 1 or 2 brush strokes to remove it.
Then, you clean all the poop quickly and you win!
Then the dogs poop again and you start over on a new level!
