This is a nice game! It's clear you put a lot of effort into making something charming and unique. The strange shoot-em-up approach, the taters, and the poetic pleiosaur all give this game a sense of individuality and humour which is great for an offbeat game.
Some constructive feedback if you continue to develop this game:
- Be careful with audio levels when composing tracks. If the output goes into the red, the audio can start to distort and crackle, which is kind of what happened in this case. But I like the general vibe!
- In any game where there's a premature end state, consider having a 'respawn' option that allows players to approach the challenge again without having to start up the game from scratch.

I note that you started out creating 2D games; it's really obvious that you've come a long way with your skills and from the look of it, there's nowhere to go for you but up!Thanks for submitting this game to the HPS1 jam!
