I really think you should expand on this idea, could put in about 5 levels that get harder, and soon as the screen is full of positivity you progress. Perhaps make it more of a 2d maze at higher levels. Its the perfect game for a society needing some positivity.
I would play it and just as importantly I would pass it on to others to cheer them up.
