Enemies on the head isn't a bug it's a feature! and they could sometimes change direction of walk into player as they keep stucking in the corners ;)
If the enemies stuck on your head you can press multiple Jump(W) to fly and kill the enemy. It's a FEATURE. It's not a bug.
