You mention that this game is more of an experiment, but I think that undersells it. It's simple and effective, and follows a tried and true horror formula. The grainy visuals, simple color palette, paired with the distorted audio and silhouette monster model, all work a treat and are very effective. 

I didn't quite finish it and got chased down quite quickly, but want to play it again to see if the [REDACTED] room yields any surprises. So I don't have a lot of constructive feedback, as I need to properly deal with my nerves and muster the courage to give this game a proper go!

It started out tinkering with that red grain effect in Unreal, I decided to join the jam to make something out of it. I'm glad it seems to be working well, I had bigger plans for it originally but this was a mandatory crunch-less jam, so I refused to stay up nights to put everything I wanted in. And thanks for the video!

And yeah, that's totally fair. Jams are meant to be fun. Crunch is just an unnecessary pressure to put on oneself.
