This was a great ~and chaotic~ addition to the jam! My only issue was the meter seemed to be inconsistent and got frustrating when I couldn't figure it out. Other than that, I had a great time and absolutely LOVED the stacking. :)
Thank you very much for your feedback :D I'm glad you loved the stacking , also a tip so it's not inconsistent, download the windows version (there is even a bonus cutscene!) and wait until the meter is green; you have enough time to press the spacebar ;)
Thanks for your feedback. We could have done a better job of conveying this but the green part of the meter actually shrinks the more dishes the player is currently carrying. Definitely something we'll revisit.
Perhaps you should check out the Gears of War reloading system. They have a great way of showing where/when you need to press the input. And you can even make it beneficial if the player gets a "Perfect" allowing them to move faster. Just a thought. :)
