The graphics and sound design are really nice, the movement is also really responsive and smooth :D The only thing that bothers me is the floor pattern, it makes it a little harder to see as the player and plates dont contrast with it but other than that it is a very solid entry :)
Thank you very much! We'll definitely work on changing to something with more contrast :)
Mann those chilies!
Thanks!
pretty much game
Nice game! Catching up to the dishes was a pain since they run at almost the same speed as you, and I wasnt really sure what I was supposed to do with the balance bar prompt at first either, but that might be on me. Great job finishing this in a week!
We have to admit that the bar prompt is a little confusing, we'll work on that. Thanks for your feedback!
Very cool game! It's a bit unclear sometimes, like how the jalapenos make you run for a bit, and how when you got hit by a jalapeno, your hand is cleared, but you can still go to the sink and wash what you were carrying? Still, it's a very fun game! The aesthetic is really nice too! Well done!
Thank you very much! What you were talking about is actually a bug and not intended :)
Definitely a very interesting take on the theme, with a really nice opening cutscene to boot. The gameplay loop made a decent amount of sense, was a lot of broken dishes, but it made sense. The enemies were also very distinct which was interesting. Those damn evil pots and their endless jalapenos.
It definitely helped mix up the game since you have to deal with each unique enemies attacks, though I do have to say the fact that they have a habit of running too and staying in corners, definitely removed a decent amount of that variety. Since they'd always do their attacks in around the same areas, though that didn't really affect the pots so..
Overall the only thing I can really say is I'd definitely love more levels and more types of enemies in this game, it's a really cool. The only issue I really had was with figuring out the tutorial screen when I was starting, cause I was unsure as to where to take the plates etc. and it took me a sec to figure out you need to hold shift as well.
Thanks for your feedback men!! Yeah, there was a bug that kept enemies on specific spots for some reason, too late for us to fix it. And, I agree, the tutorial could have been way better. But we are glad you enjoyed the experience we tried to design here. We are planning to add more levels and work on the UI to make the game much more understandable. Thanks again!
This was a great game !! 10/10
Thank you very much :D
Thanks!!!!
This was a great ~and chaotic~ addition to the jam!
My only issue was the meter seemed to be inconsistent and got frustrating when I couldn't figure it out. Other than that, I had a great time and absolutely LOVED the stacking. :)
Thank you very much for your feedback :D I'm glad you loved the stacking , also a tip so it's not inconsistent, download the windows version (there is even a bonus cutscene!) and wait until the meter is green; you have enough time to press the spacebar ;)
Thanks for your feedback.
We could have done a better job of conveying this but the green part of the meter actually shrinks the more dishes the player is currently carrying. Definitely something we'll revisit.
Perhaps you should check out the Gears of War reloading system. They have a great way of showing where/when you need to press the input. And you can even make it beneficial if the player gets a "Perfect" allowing them to move faster. Just a thought. :)
Great game! Artwork, sounds, and gameplay are amazing. My only complaint is those chilies! But it's a great game anyways!
Please check out my game too! Chaos Climbing by CosmosPanda (itch.io)
Thanks! I'll put your game in my To-Do lists
why does the chef remind me of pringles lol
i love the idea and the gameplay...keep it up!
and also there should be updates after the jam probably??? i need more
I think that was our intention lol
wow, it worked lmao
I just drew the first thing that came to mind, also there is a very high chance we'll be working on updates post-jam!
Pretty much a great game all around. Really not a lot to fault.
Thanks!
Nice game. A very fun take on the theme. Good job. :)

The little plates running away look so cute! Haha :D
Yeah, we didn't expect that haha. Thanks for playing the game!
nice game, was hard in the start but gets easier when you understand the controls
Thanks! The tutorial could have been better, we agree. We'll be working on more levels so stay tuned!
I really liked this game alot! It was engaging, fun, innovating, and super satisfying to beat! I would love to see more from this group!
Thank you very much :D Your comments are super flattering bro, and I hope we'll definitely keep working on other games :)
P.S: I saw your stream when you played our game and it was hilarious to watch, thank you so much for the rating! Also, we wanted people to download the game because there is the opening cutscene in the windows version and not in the WebGL one, since it doesn't work there ;)
I saw the stream as well! I was the one who made the music and honestly, thank you so much for your compliments! Means a lot to me!
Cool game ^^
