by the way an interesting approach of Patrons tier levels, as a foot fetishist, being a pinkie is not bad at all :)
Will be any guide or walkthrough for Patrons, your game has many hidden secrets, and some routs can not be unlocked without help, unless the player plays the game countless times over and over and this's a bit frustrating! (like for example, how to unlock the route to be with the Orc, which you explained in your website).
May I ask if you're male or female.
