As for the gender, it's pure curiosity, I have never met a female developer, so I was just kinda  entertaining my mind of the idea of you being a female with all this passion towards kinks that I love! by the way an interesting approach of Patrons tier levels, as a foot fetishist, being a pinkie is not bad at all :) 

Will be any guide or walkthrough for Patrons, your game has many hidden secrets, and some routs can not be unlocked without help, unless the player plays the game countless times over and over and this's a bit frustrating! (like for example, how to unlock the route to be with the Orc, which you explained in your website). 

May I ask if you're male or female.

Last but not least, I can work on the English text version of your game to polish it and correct any minor mistakes or typos (free of charge).
