'Click balls' is an innuendo? Are you sure? I have never been able to click my balls though I shall give it a go tonight. It sounds rather painful though and possibly damaging. 'Place your cursor over the balls and gently squeeze,' would have been an innuendo that could replace the expression in question. Hell, for a site that I originally thought only had erotic visual novels, I don't think that anyone at itch except an SJW would get upset with the expression, 'Click balls to get money.'
