I'm assuming that you're on Android, as PC, Linux and Mac all have redundancy save locations. If so, then it's likely that your apk was deleted either by you or by the updating software, in which case all your saves will have been erased along with it. Sorry! :(
However, all is not lost. If you head over to the #help channel on the CK Discord (https://discord.gg/bSBeR2X) one of my helpful mods pins an up-to-date save every 0.0.5 versions which can be downloaded and put in your save folder (the location of which is also pinned in the same channel). Just remember to edit your name in the Manor laptop afterwards.
