Can you tell me what steps you take before it locks?

I talked with Cless after I do the biology class so I can't open Cless and the twins' fun time. (the option to take biology class not appear)

Also, after I got the bug, if the lust doll encounter another same bug in the forest, the only hit from sting is only trigger the tired status and nothing about hypersensitive status triggered.

Biology class is always available, but the insect attack only happens once before you need to sleep to reset it!

After getting stung, go sleep!

Also, if I skipped Cless's medical class, can we retake it again with sleep reset?

The medical class is one time! It's just to introduce you to him!

oh no.... I pressed new game plus and locked myself from his medical class now... I guess I won't continue this save until next update. Thank you for your hard work, indivi!

You can't lock yourself out! It's more like, doing the medical class is the requirement to meeting Cless. Once you do so, it's served its purpose!
