I think the implementation of different genres was an interesting idea, but I think I would have rather taken one genre that was more fleshed out and of more substance than several different mini games that were only pieces of existing genres. The jam was only a 10 day limit, so I understand the struggle to get things done the way we'd want to.
The racing portion was probably the most engaging, dodging the tires in conjunction with the controls made it some what difficult - though once figured out that you can simple stay in the center of the map, made it a breeze (I don't think this is bad design at all, actually the opposite).
The platforming section was service-able, but the challenge there (don't fall off the platforms) was not difficult. Perhaps adding an enemy to dodge can spice things up a bit.
The shmup section was the least engaging, as I didn't find it challenging to dodge or destroy asteroids. Most the time I felt like I was simply waiting for the level to end.
The time limit was a good implementation as it gave a sense of urgency to the player to complete the mini games - although, mini games were either too easy and I never really got to the point where I felt time was of the essence, but it does make for a good speed run feature!
Keep it up!
