This is an epic, yet somewhat sad, story. I've had similar ideas to his in the past but you've executed it very spectacularly. I hope not to give anything away with my comments... but the two endings I got were quite rewarding in their own way. The first happened by going back to bed, which I found funny for some reason. Just ignoring your problems, in a way. The second was what I consider one of the true endings. It was sweet and cute and strangely uplifting. I kept thinking Fio was short for Sofia and that was the big reveal... glad it wasn't, however~ I was not quite expecting the ending, either.

All in all, a great game that I am happy to replay for different endings. I'd love to buy the game when I have more funds, and when I finish all that the browser option has to offer. Until then, I'll enjoy the browser version and what it has to offer. Thank you very much, Hatoge, for this gem of a game!

Thank you so much for your kind words! If you do end up playing the other ends I would love an edit to your review to know your thoughts :)

As of right now, I just got what I will call "the continuation ending." It's basically a complete 180 of the other ending I got. I like how they differ based on what you do, or don't do, throughout the day.

As a side note, I still don't know what to do with one of the items... near the very end you get some item wrapped in cloth I think it was? I tried using it just about everywhere and yet it never seemed to do anything. I carried it with me to the end, in my first playthrough, but I never found a use for it. Is it a useless item or am I just missing something?

The wrapped item is only useful for the final room! You get a different ending depending on if you have it with you or not :) (It is the pew pew)
