Nice game!
I'm not sure if the score was resetting properly after a game over. For instance I got 8, then I killed a white car as the first car on my next game and I got 9. There's something going on.
Overall, a fun little early 80s arcade style game. I didn't try it on my GB but I'll do :) Good job on your submission
