You can copy the save file first, after reinstalling the game, all you need to do is putting it in the harem hotel file
I recommend never doing this, as this has a high likely hood of breaking your save permanently on PC or Mac.
I only doing this on my cellphone.
On PC, I just download the new one at the same place where I put my old Harem Hotel's file.
Nope, your saves are stored in a different file. You can delete all of Harem Hotel and your saves will be safe in appdata.
