You need to visit a healing pond, choose to not drink, then visit a 2nd healing pond with Kylira. For centaur scene, it's in the menu to fight or not fight. For Goblin, it's in a menu after you've faced Selkie, but it only shows up if you didn't get egged. Getting egged seems to lock you out of the scene for that save. For Wereslut, it's the one that has it's leg stuck in a trap (friendly on map). Choose to touch her tail for the Kylira option. Haven't found any of the other scenes yet.
