How can I make Feliar to love me(hearth)? Are there more interactions with him besides comforting me, when I'm top?
Nope no hearts for him yet, but you can love potion with him.
The one other thing there is that you can get him to go to the fair once you've opened it up to invitations.
Oh I forgot another - he has a few scenes with Commander Everett too! These are also repeatable.
