I thought there was going to be a way to start from the new story. I have to play all the way through it again just to get to the new content. Having to do this with every update is a bit daunting since it deletes all save files on installing the new update.

That said, this is my favorite game on Itch and I can't recommend it to people enough.

Saves are working for moving from episode 5 to 6 (both windows and android), but not for 4 to 5 for the reason of programming changes.

Awe man... I bought 6 so I thought I was in the clear. Time to start hoofing it through the game again. Will future updates have the same feature of being able to start where the new stuff begins?

Yes, saves will work for the next episodes - except we’ll have to make some big programming changes which will lead to saves incompatibility, but that’s hopefully won’t happen.
