Yes, but only if you send the previous kid to the Nexus. You can only have one kid from each girl in the MC's world at any given time (system limitations, sadly!)
Works well! Kids ARE the most effective form of birth control, after all, so it makes sense that having them present will prevent their mothers from future pregnancies, lol!
