Click the "?" and it brings up the character's battle stats like so:
There goes my hope of it being something like a unique skill or class... :/, my first time playing I thought it would show the specialization there.
-_- *sigh* before, to get battles stats while in combat, I had to click "Hide UI", then click above one portrait.
