I believe it was an error message a few seconds after the game window started to appear, it said that a file was missing, I checked the integrity of the file and then uninstalled. Went to re-install and it won't allow me to select a game version.
If you got an error message, then you never downloaded the updated version. When you downloaded originally, did you pay for it or did you receive a key?
I paid for it and I checked that it was fully updated before uninstalling it. I've uninstalled it, thinking that I could just reinstall it but it wasn't allowing me to.
Your e-mail does show up in my records. Try going going to "My Library" which is located on the top right corner next to your username and then from there, click on "Things you own" and see if you can find it in there. If you still can't find it, let me know.
