This was a pretty interesting little read :3 I totally agree with CrazyCowLady that it's kinda like an urban legend! I can see a Creepypasta getting written about something like this x3 if there isn't one already.
It was a cool concept and I had fun playing :3 The music definitely adds to the eerie, slightly unsettling atmosphere that something's not quite right!

I'm glad CrazyCowLady made that comment below because I honestly thought I was imagining things with the desktop background changing xD I can't remember exactly the first time I noticed it, but I sorta had to do a doubletake, then I convinced myself that I was seeing things, then I watched it like a hawk, haha. It's a really neat touch! I love little details like that so much :3
When it mentioned remembering the names of friends, I panicked ever so slightly because I suck at remembering things like that >.< so I was pretty thankful I didn't have to, haha.
